Attorney Profiles

Anthony M. Anastasio, an Associate, is a member of Szaferman Lakind's litigation team. He represents clients in general litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Reed, J.S.C., Law Division, Somerset County.  During his clerkship, Anthony was exposed to a wide variety of legal issues in both the Civil and Criminal Parts, and also served as a mediator in the Special Civil Part. During law school, he served as an assistant to the Deputy Public Defender in the Mercer County Trial Division.  He received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, and his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, majoring in cultural anthropology and minoring in philosophy.

Anthony is a member of the bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey. He is a life-long New Jersey resident with strong ties to both Mercer and Hunterdon County.
