Anthony M. Anastasio, an Associate, is a member of Szaferman Lakind's litigation department.  He represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Reed of the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Vicinage. 

During his clerkship, Anthony worked on matters in the Civil and Criminal Parts of the Law Division, and also served as a mediator in the Special Civil Part. During law school, he served as an assistant to the Deputy Public Defender in the Mercer County Trial Division of the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender.  He received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, and his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick.

Anthony is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey. He resides in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
