Brian J. Duff concentrates on serious personal injury and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was a litigation associate at Paglione & Massi in Hamilton and at Lamb, Hartung, Kretzer, Reinman & DePascale, in Jersey City. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Neil H. Shuster, P.J.Civ., Mercer County Superior Court-Law Division during the 1996-1997 term. Brian is admitted to practice in New Jersey (1996), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, ATLA, ATLA-NJ and the Mercer County Bar Association. The Mercer County Bar Association named Brian its 2005 Young Lawyer of the Year. He was recently selected as a Trustee of the Association for the 2010 term. He is Chairperson of the Association's Events Committee, and served as Chairperson of the Association's Young Lawyers Committee. Brian serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Mount Carmel Guild, in Trenton, and as Vice-Chairperson of the St. Ann School Board, in Lawrenceville. Brian graduated from Lawrenceville's Notre Dame High School, and is a 1993 graduate of Drew University, in Madison, NJ. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (1996).
