Daniel S. Sweetser, a partner in the firm, has over 15 years of experience as a litigator, with an emphasis in employment and labor law.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a partner with Lozier, Lazzaro & Sweetser for five years and prior to that, with Pellettieri, Rabstein, & Altman, both of Princeton. He has handled cases involving business law, employment and labor law, civil rights law, contract law, municipal law, insurance law and securities law.

Dan is a member of the American Bar Association, Employment Law Section; the New Jersey, Mercer County, and Bucks County Bar Associations; the National Employment Lawyer's Association; and the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Employment Lawyer's Associations.  He received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, Delaware, and his B.A. from Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
