Lindsey D. Moskowitz, an Associate with the firm, practices exclusively in the area of family law. Lindsey handles all issues pertaining to divorce and child custody, including alimony and child support, as well as post-judgment relief and pre-nuptial agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey served as law clerk to the Honorable Graham T. Ross, A.J.S.C., while also assisting in both Family and Chancery matters. Lindsey was exposed to a wide variety of legal issues including pendente lite relief, eminent domain, administrative proceedings and property and estate disputes. During her clerkship, Lindsey served as a mediator in the Special Civil Part of the Somerset Law Division.

Lindsey is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York. She received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School where she competed on the American Trial Lawyers Association trial team and participated in Mock Trial Competitions. Lindsey graduated from the University of Maryland and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
