REDEVELOPMENT : Obtained in excess of $4,000,000.00 in funding from the NJ Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund (HDSRF) for Brownfields Redevelopment in - Obtained Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval in Central, NJ for environmental remediation and redevelopment of property to accommodate 680 residential units comprised of townhouses, condominiums, and apartments.
