Stuart joined the firm early in 1998. He is a partner and practices in the personal injury department. Stuart represents clients in general litigation cases as well. He most recently served as In-House General Counsel to the Trenton Housing Authority, and has an extensive landlord-tenant practice representing both landlords and tenants.

Stuart is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and serves as a Trustee and member of the Mercer County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Superior Court Advisory Committee on Minority Concerns and the District VII Ethics Committee.

An active resident of the Trenton community, Stuart volunteers as speaker to at-risk youths for numerous community organizations in the City of Trenton.
