Szaferman Lakind Attorneys Named "Super Lawyers"

(April 24, 2007) Seven attorneys of the Lawrenceville law firm of Szaferman, Lakind, Blum­stein, Blader & Lehmann, P.C. have been named as 2008 New Jersey "Super Lawyers".

All three founding partners of the firm, Barry D. Szaferman, Arnold C. Lakind, and Jeffrey P. Blumstein, received the recognition in their respective fields. Managing Partner Barry Szaferman stated, "The range of practice areas of our 2008 "Super Lawyers" is a reflection of our 30 year commitment to excellence and the success of our broad based practice." Szaferman, who represents clients in complex marital litigation and business transactions, was named a "SuperLawyer" in the field of Business/Corporate Law.

Arnold Lakind, who recently negotiated a $25 million class settlement on behalf of 37,000 NJ credit insurance customers, was named a General Litigation "SuperLawyer" in the field of General Litigation. Jeffrey Blumstein was named a Business Litigation "Super Lawyer". He started 2008 by winning a multimillion dollar State contract for his client in a protest of a State bid award.

Sidney H. Lehmann, who heads the firm's employment and labor practice, was named an Employment and Labor "SuperLawyer". Lehmann represents individual employees, labor unions, corporations and associations throughout New Jersey. He was also selected as a 2008 "Best Lawyer in America".

Jeffrey K. Epstein and Brian G. Paul were named Family Law "SuperLawyers". Both Epstein and Paul are NJ Supreme Court Certified Matrimonial Law Attorneys, and represent clients in complex divorce and family matters, including custody and child support, domestic violence, divorce litigation and mediation.

Craig J. Hubert was named a "SuperLawyer" in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury: General. Hubert concentrates on the representation of victims of criminal acts, serious auto accidents, serious bodily injuries, nursing home negligence, defective products, and unsafe premises.
