SZAFERMAN LAKINDPRESS RELEASE SZAFERMAN LAKIND ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNER (May 5, 2007) Robert E. Lytle was recently made a partner at Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein, & Blader, P.C., a statewide law firm based in Mercer County. Mr. Lytle is a trial attorney who practices in the areas of commercial, environmental, criminal and municipal law. Prior to joining Szaferman Lakind, Lytle gained his litigation experience during a decade of work in law enforcement. As an Assistant Prosecutor in the Special Investigations Unit of the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office, he was responsible for investigating and criminally prosecuting upper level narcotics distributors in Mercer County. He also investigated and prosecuted violations of New Jersey's racketeering, hazardous waste, solid waste, air pollution and water pollution control laws as a Deputy Attorney General in the Environmental Crimes Bureau of the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice. Lytle is a Trustee of the Mercer County Bar Association and a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Character. He received his Bachelor of Science from Susquehanna University and his Juris Doctor from the University Of Dayton School Of Law. He was awarded a Master of Laws degree in environmental law from Pace University School of Law. Following law school, Lytle worked as a judicial clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Ronald B. Graves. Lytle, who resides in Pennington with his wife Molly and three children, is involved in activities supporting the Children's Craniofacial Association and St. James Roman Catholic Church. # |
