Szaferman Lakind Welcomes New Associate

(February 29, 2008) Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein, & Blader, P.C., Attorneys at Law, welcomes Mark Fisher, Esq. to its general litigation department. Szaferman's general litigation department handles a wide range of clients, representing businesses, individuals, and public entities. This year they represented plaintiffs in a $32 million dollar class action.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as law clerk to the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson, Mercer County Vicinage, Superior Court, Law Division. During his clerkship, Mark worked on insurance coverage cases, environmental, and complex commercial litigation matters.

Mark received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University - Camden Law School. While in law school, he interned in the Office of the Attorney General.

Mark, a member of the New Jersey bar, resides in Lawrenceville.
