Szaferman Lakind PRESS RELEASE SZAFERMAN LAKIND WELCOMES TWO ASSOCIATES(May 21, 2009) Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein & Blader, P.C., a statewide law firm based in Mercer County, is pleased to announce the recent addition of two attorneys to its staff - Robert L. Lakind and Tracey C. Hinson. Robert L. Lakind, an Associate, is a member of Szaferman Lakind's general litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, Rob practiced at two international law firms in New York City and Philadelphia, where he focused on employee benefits and executive compensation. He is admitted to the New York and Pennsylvania Bars. Rob holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He received his B.A. in Economics from The George Washington University. Rob is a former airline pilot who flew domestic and international flights prior to attending law school. Tracey Hinson, an Associate, is a member of Szaferman Lakind's Personal Injury Group. Prior to joining the firm, Tracey served for six years as a Deputy Attorney General in the General Education and the Tort Litigation Sections of the Division of Law and Public Safety. She clerked for the Honorable Dennis J. Braithwaite, NJ Superior Court - Appellate Division, Atlantic City, and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Ronald Hedges, U.S. Magistrate, Newark. Tracey holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University. She is admitted to the New Jersey, New York, and United States District Court, District of New Jersey Bars. A resident of Monmouth Junction, Tracey currently serves on the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District Fee Arbitration Committee for Middlesex County. |
