SZAFERMAN LAKIND ATTORNEYS NAMED "TOP 100 NJ SUPERLAWYER";  2009 NJ “SUPERLAWYERS” AND “RISING STARS”

(April 21, 2009)Eight attorneys at The Lawrenceville Law Firm of Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein & Blader, P.C. have been named 2009 “NJ SuperLawyers” or “NJ Rising Stars” by Law and Politics Magazine. The selection process is conducted by an independent blue ribbon panel that bases its decision upon peer voting and credentials research aimed at identifying the top 5% of all attorneys in the State of New Jersey.

Brian G. Paul was one of only two Mercer County attorneys to be named on the 2009 list of the "Top 100 NJSuperLawyers" in the State of New Jersey. Brian was recognized as a "SuperLawyer" in the area of Family Law for the third consecutive year.

Managing Partner Barry D. Szaferman was named a 2009 “NJ SuperLawyer” in the area of Business/Corporate Law. Arnold C. Lakind and Jeffrey P. Blumstein, who along with Szaferman started the law firm over 30 years ago, were named as “NJ SuperLawyers” in the areas of General Litigation and Business Litigation respectively.

Craig J. Hubert was named a 2009 “NJ SuperLawyer” in the area of Personal Injury: Plaintiff, and Jeffrey K. Epstein was named a Family Law 2009 “SuperLawyer”. All six attorneys have been “NJSuperLawyers” in previous years, attesting to their consistent excellence in their respective fields.

Janine Danks Fox and Robert P. Panzer were repeat recipients of recognition as “NJ Rising Stars” this year in the area of Family Law. Recognition as a Rising Star is given to attorneys under 40, who are considered outstanding emerging attorneys.
