Sweetser and Robert P. Panzer. Daniel S. Sweetser, who joined the firm as a partner, has over 15 years of experience as a litigator, with an emphasis in business employment and labor law. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in cases involving employment law, labor law, municipal law, civil rights law, contract law, insurance law and securities law. Sweetser received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, Delaware, in 1991, and earned his Bachelor of Arts at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Employment Law Section; the New Jersey, Mercer County, and Bucks County Bar Associations; the National Employment Lawyer's Association; and the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Employment Lawyer's Associations. He resides in Langhorne, PA, with his wife, Liz, and four sons. Robert P. Panzer, an associate attorney, specializes in family law and civil litigation. Admitted to the NJ Bar in 2000, Mr. Panzer's experience spans many aspects of family law, including alimony, child support, custody arrangements, property settlement agreements, and domestic violence. Panzer received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in 1999, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1995.He currently serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Mercer County and has also served as a volunteer for the Supervised Parenting Time Program of Mercer County.
