SZAFERMAN LAKIND LAWYER BRIAN PAUL NAMED AS ONE OF NJ'S TOP 100 SUPERLAWYERS

(March 25, 2009) Brian G. Paul, Esq., a Partner in the Lawrenceville law firm of Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein & Blader, P.C., has been named one of the Top 100 NJ SuperLawyers. Brian is the only Mercer County Family Law Attorney in the Top 100, and one of only two attorneys in the County to be included in the Top 100.

NJ SuperLawyers are determined by a blue ribbon panel after a selection process based upon peer voting and credentials research aimed at identifying the top 5% attorneys in our State. Lawyers who receive the highest point totals are named to the Top 100.

Brian has been listed as a NJ SuperLawyer for three consecutive years, beginning in 2007. In 2006, he was named as one of New Jersey Law Journal's "40 Under 40", and noted as a "Rising Star" by the NJ SuperLawyers blue ribbon panel. He is a NJ Supreme Court Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney; a member of the NJ State Bar, Appellate Practices Committee; and serves as a panelist in both the Mercer County and Burlington County Matrimonial Early Settlement Programs.

Brian focuses on litigating all types of family law cases, including complex divorce actions; custody and parenting time trials, domestic violence hearings, and termination of parental rights cases. In addition, a significant portion of his practice is dedicated to handling all types of divorce/family law appeals before New Jersey's Appellate courts.
