Jeffrey Blumstein started Szaferman Lakind with fellow founding shareholders Barry Szaferman and Arnie Lakind 35 years ago. All three attorneys were Deputy Attorneys General for the State of New Jersey.
Jeff concentrates in the areas of commercial and general litigation. He has represented clients in both Federal and State trial and appellate courts throughout his years with the firm. While a Deputy Attorney General (1973-1977), one of his assignments was to represent the New Jersey Division of Purchase and Property, which is responsible for awarding all contracts for goods and services for the State. Jeff has represented numerous firm clients in public bidding matters involving municipalities, independent authorities and the State of New Jersey.
