Lindsey Moskowitz Medvin

Lindsey Moskowitz Medvin, an Associate with the firm since 2005, practices exclusively in the area of family law. Lindsey handles all issues pertaining to divorce, including custody, child support and alimony, as well as post-judgment relief and pre-nuptial agreements. Lindsey also handles adoption and domestic violence matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey served as law clerk to the Honorable Graham T. Ross, A.J.S.C., while at the same time assisting in both Family and Chancery matters. During her clerkship, Lindsey served as a mediator in the Special Civil Part of the Somerset Law Division.

Lindsey is admitted to the bars in New Jersey and New York. She is presently a member of the District VII Ethics Committee and the Somerset County Family Law Inns of Court. Lindsey was recognized by her peers in the New Jersey legal community by being named a “Rising Star™” in 2012 and 2013.

She received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School where she competed on the American Trial Lawyers Association trial team and participated in Mock Trial Competitions. Prior to attending law school, Lindsey graduated from the University of Maryland where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Lindsey resides in Monmouth County with her Husband and son.
