Lionel J. Frank

Lionel J. Frank concentrates in commercial law, with particular emphasis on intellectual property, trademark, copyright and technology law, antitrust, corporate, franchise, real estate, leasing, land use and zoning, and litigation in federal and state courts, and alternative dispute resolution.

He is a former Deputy Attorney General with the Antitrust Section of the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, and past Chairman of the Special Committee of Antitrust Law of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He was special antitrust advisor to the State Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. Lionel is active in the Computer and Internet Law, Intellectual Property, and Corporate and Business Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He has been appointed as a certified arbitrator by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Lionel is active in his community. He is an active member of the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce's Legislative/Public Policy Committee and the One Voice Legislative Committee of the Mercer Reional, Metropolitan African American and Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerces. He has served as a member of the West Windsor Township, N.J., Planning board, and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Princeton Oaks Homeowners Association. Lionel is co-founder of Friends of West Windsor Senior Citizens, Inc., a non profit corporation to assist with the financial needs of the West Windsor Senior Resource Center.
