Equity and Chancery Practice – Nathan is broadly experienced in Equity practice, including the full range of injunction actions encompassing Temporary Restraining Orders, Preliminary Injunctions, and Permanent Injunctions, and in protecting his clients’ interests in obtaining Equitable relief and when injunctions are wrongfully sought against them.

Land Use Neighborhood and Community Opposition – Nathan has comprehensive experience in successfully representing neighbors, home owners, coalitions, and community organizations as objectors opposing development that threatens their families and community’s character and value, and is committed to standing up for individuals and neighbors against improper development.
