Steven Blader has over 35 years of litigation experience and is the head of the firm’s Personal Injury practice. Steve has received multi-million dollar verdicts and seven figure settlements in personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents, chemical exposures, construction accidents and medical malpractice. Steve has established significant precedents in employment law in our State Supreme Court. He regularly lectures attorney groups on personal injury and insurance law.

Our client, Rose Nini’s, employment at the College was not renewed because of her age. The Supreme Court reinstated our client’s claim to age discrimination by holding that an exception to the age discrimination statue for employees over 70 years was not enforceable.
