Jayde Divito (Wiener) is an Associate in the firm’s Family Law Department.

She is a member of the Family Law Sections and Young Lawyers Divisions of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association.  Jayde is a pupil of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court.  Since 2017, Jayde has been selected for inclusion in the “New Jersey Super Lawyers – Rising Star” list for Family Law issued by Thomson Reuters. Jayde also serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Union County.

Jayde completed a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part with the Honorable Thomas J. Walsh, P.J.F.P. for the 2011-2012 term. She had previously worked as an Associate with a firm in Hudson County, and later Union County, working on complex family law matters.

A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Jayde was Chancellor’s Scholar, where she first gained an interest in family law.  During her undergraduate studies, she interned for The Honorable Jan R. Jurden, who was the first female to be appointed as President Judge of The Superior Court of Delaware.

Jayde obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, where she obtained an Honor’s Degree with Distinction in Criminal Justice Studies and Foreign Languages and Literatures, magna cum laude. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi Honors Societies.
