Marc A. Brotman

Marc Brotman is a trial attorney in the firm’s personal injury practice group. He started his legal career fighting to better the lives of the elderly as a litigation attorney for a non-profit legal services firm. He has also previously worked at other prominent New Jersey plaintiff-side litigation firms. Mr. Brotman has dedicated his career to achieve justice on behalf of victims hurt by the wrongdoing of others, including victims of motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, and abuse and neglect in long-term care facilities.

Mr. Brotman earned his undergraduate degree in English and American Studies at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was Managing Development Editor of the Computer & Technology Law Journal and was awarded a Governor’s Executive Fellowship with the Eagleton Institute of Politics. Mr. Brotman also has a master’s degree from Rutgers’ Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
