Jayde Divito (Wiener) is an Associate in the firm’s Family Law Department. She is a member of the Family Law Sections and Young Lawyers Divisions of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association.  Jayde is a pupil of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court.  Since 2017, Jayde has been selected for inclusion in the “New Jersey Super Lawyers – Rising Star” list for Family Law issued by Thomson Reuters. Brian M. Schwartz, Esq. is a Partner at Szaferman Lakind practicing out of Summit, New Jersey.  He is a former Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section – during his term, he led the drafting and negotiation of the 2014 amendments to the alimony statute.  Mr. Schwartz has been a member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association since 2002.  In 2017, Mr. Schwartz received the Saul Tischler Award from the New Jersey State Bar Association presented for Lifetime Achievement in the advancement of Family Law.  He is formerly the Executive Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer.
