Janine Danks Fox, a Partner in the Family Law Department, joined the practice in September of 2000. For nearly 20 years, Janine has practiced exclusively in the area of family law and has handled countless family law matters during her tenure at the firm. Janine handles all aspects of divorce litigation, including, custody, parenting time, alimony, child support and equitable distribution issues. Janine also has significant experience handling numerous post judgment divorce matters that may arise such as modification of support obligations due to retirement, decline in income or cohabitation.
