Michael, a Partner with the firm, devotes his practice to representing parties involved in litigation. Michael has effectively represented clients before the Appellate Division and other divisions within the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Michael joined Szaferman Lakind in 2004 and has substantial experience representing parties involved in workers compensation, personal injury, and employment disputes. Michael has also represented clients involved in business disputes and other litigated matters.
A member of the New Jersey bar since 2004, Michael served the Mercer County Bar Association as chairman of its Workers Compensation Committee between January 2011 and December 2012.
