Samantha Garrison

Samantha Garrison, Esq. is an Associate in the Family Law Group at Szaferman Lakind’s Summit office. She focuses her practice on high-net-worth divorce, custody matters, alimony, and prenuptial agreements. Known for her strategic thinking and compassionate client service, Samantha has experience navigating complex and emotionally sensitive family law cases, including those involving substantial assets and business interests.

Before entering private practice, Samantha served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Nora J. Grimbergen, J.S.C., in the Essex County Superior Court, Family Part. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School–Newark, where she held leadership and editorial positions and was recognized for academic excellence. Samantha is admitted to practice in New Jersey and actively participates in the state and local bar associations. She is dedicated to guiding clients through difficult transitions with clarity, professionalism, and care.
