Zachary M. Jaffe

Zachary concentrates in the areas of land use, litigation, real estate (including landlord/tenant law), environmental law, and business law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, with plans to be admitted in Pennsylvania and New York. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Whitman School of Business at Syracuse University, where he completed a double major in Real Estate Management and Business Management, graduating in 2022. He subsequently attended Vermont Law and Graduate School, obtaining a Master of Environmental Law and Policy in 2024 and his Juris Doctor in 2025.

During his legal studies, Zachary served as an extern with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, supporting the work of the Environmental Permitting and Counseling Section. He also completed an internship with Greener by Design, an energy, environmental, and resiliency firm focused on advancing economic, environmental, and social performance strategies.

From an early age, Zachary aspired to pursue a rigorous and service-oriented career through which he could assist others and effect meaningful change. He identified the legal profession as the ideal path to fulfill these aspirations.
