Lindsey Moskowitz Medvin has worked with the firm since 2005. She practices exclusively in the area of family law, handling all issues pertaining to divorce, including equitable distribution, custody, child support and alimony, as well as post-judgment relief and pre-nuptial agreements. Lindsey also handles domestic violence matters and she has a particular passion for working with families of adoption.

Lindsey understands the importance of viewing the process comprehensively, yet guiding her clients in a unique manner suitable to their experience. She approaches each matter with perseverance coupled with compassion.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey served as law clerk to the Honorable Graham T. Ross, A.J.S.C., while at the same time assisting in both Family and Chancery matters. During her clerkship, Lindsey served as a mediator in the Special Civil Part of the Somerset Law Division.

Lindsey is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, New York State Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association and Somerset County Bar Association. Lindsey is a Trustee for the Somerset County Bar Foundation, a past member of the District VII Ethics Committee and the Somerset County Family Law Inns of Court. Lindsey was previously recognized by her peers in the New Jersey legal community and was included in the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars, issued by Thomson Reuters in 2012 and 2013.

Lindsey’s interest in family law began when she was very young. She used that interest to guide her through college, choosing a dual major in Psychology and Criminal Justice so that she could have the background to comprehensively address the issues surrounding family law matters. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, where she competed on the National Mock Trial team. Lindsey then received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School where she competed on the American Trial Lawyers Association trial team and participated in Mock Trial Competitions.

Lindsey resides with her family in Monmouth County.
