Szaferman Lakind is pleased to announce that Zachary M. Jaffe has joined the firm as an Associate. His practice will focus on land use, litigation, real estate matters, environmental law, and business law.

Zach comes to the firm with a strong academic background in both business and environmental studies, complemented by experience with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and an environmental consulting firm. His background provides a multidisciplinary perspective that will support clients navigating complex regulatory, development and commercial matters.

Zach is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is pursuing admissions in Pennsylvania and New York. He is also an active member of several professional and regional organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, the Justice Stewart G. Pollock Environmental American Inn of Court, the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce,  and the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast.
